Matt Berka, 11th grade English teacher uses his Storyline ‘See _____________ Differently’ with his classes in refreshing and thought-provoking ways. Mr. Berka places a word or phrase on the line (a Throughline, Christian virtue, topic, or character from a text, etc.) and students grapple with how their way of ‘seeing it’ might shift as they engage in their work in English class.  What a beautiful way for students to think christianly about how their subject matter influences their Christian mindset and how their walk with Jesus might influence their interpretation of reading and writing!
