Carey Franklin

Carey Franklin lives in Denver, Colorado, where she works as a National Trainer with Sources of Strength. For more than 15 years, she has served students, parents, and teachers in Christian education as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and principal in the United States and Nicaragua. Living and teaching in Central America helped Carey re-imagine what it meant to personally live into the kingdom story. Her favorite part of her TfT work is the opportunity to invite teachers to design learning experiences that meet real needs for real people and empower student voice. In her free time, Carey enjoys catching the sunrise, hiking, camping, reading children’s books, and sharing meals with friends.
